Job Title: Senior Software Developer – Java/J2EE developer

Location: Beijng

Major responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for developing iTest Lab Optimizer – Spirent’s intelligent lab management solution designed to help entire organizations to increase lab utilization, productivity and performance by scheduling and maximizing efficient use of resources.　The successful candidate for this role will take on both front-end and back-end Java web application development. The development will be conducted with outsourced engineering teams, local engineering teams and management team in US. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to clearly communicate implementation risks and design trade-offs, and deliver committed work in a timely manner and with high levels of quality.　Integrating with other Spirent products such as iTest and emerging new products is also essential.　Finally, the most important expectation is that they will be able to have fun performing this incredibly crucial mission

Job requirement:
.B.Sc. in Engineering or Computer Science
.5+ years software development experience
.5+ years developing in Java.
.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication ability; thrive in a global-site environment
.Ability to manage complex tasks to completion with little supervision
.Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
.Develop complex algorithms and document these to the level needed to convey functionality and methodology to their peers.　
.Skilled in networking/communication protocols
.Excellent English in both written and Oral

Key wording/Must have these skills:
Javascript, Apache tapestry, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3

Nice to have:
JBoss, RESTful, CCNA certification
